Heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables are higher in nutritional value but also disappearing. Modern life has increased the production of genetics with longer shelf-life, but more water and less health value. Harley and Susan Soltes grow a couple different organic heirloom blueberries in Bow, Washington. They just so happen to supply the Seattle Seahawks with blueberries! Even cooler, they are berry revolutionaries, saving history and our health.
