Green Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
2 frozen bananas
1 serving of your favorite plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds, plus more for topping
1 tablespoon Organic Heirloom Blueberry powder, plus more for topping
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup
1 to 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
Put all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a bowl and top with ingredients below.
TOPPINGS
1 tablespoon Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon dried unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon hemp hulls
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup chopped raw nuts and/or seeds of your choice
